Responsibilities: Welcoming guests upon arrival.
Allocation of rooms for guests.
Transmission of requests of guests, eg. At housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, management or recreation center.
foreign exchange management.
Putting together the guest's account.
Taking cash and by check, credit or debit card.
To help guests with any special requests - such as storing valuables in the hotel safe or in the luggage room, ordering taxi or book tickets for the theater.
